You will be with a trainer 2 days per week in a small 'exclusive' group training with cutting edge workouts to help you melt fat, tone up and see results fast. 


We will sit down with you and make you your own custom meal plan. Exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences! 


We will sit down with you and map out your exact grocery list so you know what to buy at the grocery store, and leave nothing to guesswork. 


Support in the gym working out, AND you will also be able to contact your personal accountability coach whenever you need for help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement. 

  • Learn fundamental fitness skills and discuss your fitness goals with a trainer.
  • Continue to work on the moves you've learned while increasing the number of reps and intensity.
  • Attend special sessions with a food coach in the first half of class to learn how to eat for strength. 
  • Assess what you've achieved so far and correct course if needed to hit your goals by the end of the program.
  • Measure what you've accomplished and document a fitness plan to maintain the gains you've achieved long term.
